Rescue-mission for those left behind.

As keenly aware as the Catrider was she was seeing several members of the Rescue party breaking off even though they were all just told to stay together, alert and with safety in number, Kimu reflected with a quirked expression of confusion and rolled her eyes shaking her head.

*High Ones protect our young ones as they misbehave!* She thinks in vocal whispers. She adjusted her sword in her strongest palm while grabbing her silver knife from her boot ready to fight.

~**My Lord, we need to run after those on the ground, we are as easy prey here in this thick foliage as a Whale giving birth, no room to fight or dodge. We should run to catch up to the cubs!**~ She lock sent. She had heard Cove's mind touching hers in an open sending feeling Cove's urgency and fear.

Her face and eyes lit up, but she had no response to offer to Cove. What can one say at a time like this? They still have hours to go before arriving at the rubble, much less finding a path to the cubs.

Kimu had been noticing Tidas loosing his hold on the group, if he ever had it; since meeting the survivors. She feared for him, but the look he had on his face when he turned to look where Whitemoth was looking behind her(Kimu), scared her, giving her a shiver. She could not recall ever seeing him angry.

Right then Tidas was sending sharply to Kashee and Shinebright, in lock sending.

~**RETURN!!**~ This was not a send held back, but one in potency. It was meant to alarm and Tidas did not wish to harm, but to alarm them, merely stopping them letting them know his vexation with them and to reassert his authority with them. He trusted the near pain the loud sending would bring would sway them to do just that, return.

He then open sent to Moonstone and Shaft, in his more held back sending **If you can spot Shinebright the blond Lass one and Kashee, the young male with her or near her, , please watch over them, we will catch up! Kimu heard this open sending  looking up to the trees as Sheft was near by heading up into the trees too. This would be a great help.

 Kimu suddenly is focused on the rear of her where they just came from. She suddenly sees Grandmother alarmed and lowly growling in warning of danger. She growling in a low deep voice not happy. Grandmother's hackles up in shiny black fur, eyes wide in the ready.

Odd-thing was told to head after Shinebright and Kashee to protect them, with her life if it comes to that. The feline long tooth bolted past everyone in rush to do as told. the young feline gave a wide dart past the Female troll as she passes her too. Not wanting to startle her and get hit. ((Oooc: I'll add Odd-thing to the other thread in a bit.))

Kimu gripped at her blades ready but not seeing anything really. A shimmer? But unclear what from? Suddenly she did not hesitate moving closer to the Lord and Whitemoth as Lord Tidas started to run off in the direction of Kashee and Shinebright.

Kimu fallowed calling to Grandmother to protect as Lord Tidas started running with a spear now in each hand. Kimu fallowed after him soon running into Jewel seeing holding at her side, possibly protecting it, Kimu takes to stand near her protectively.

Grandmother still in warning mode ready to draw blood if she has to! "We should keep moving Tidas, Still not safe till we can arrive at a better vantage to see any attack coming." Kimu was insisting.

The smell of death a bit stronger the closer they get. Kimu had already seen the dead, smelled it all, spared none of the gut wrenching horror she and everyone alive was returning to find. Worse the closer they go. She felt a strong sense of dread washing over her worse than when they arrived on shore.

Tidas also observed Jewel as she seems to be in pain. Tidas was not going to allow anyone else to die of those he came to help. Regaining his Role as Lord and loosing his fear was giving him the conviction to hold strong to his weapon ready to do whatever it will take to fend off any foe. He is not one for violence but he is no coward either when his people or allies are in danger. Hearing Cove was alive with two others, rose new hope.

Tidas was not violent but the young ones were putting everyone at risk; in their rushing before seeing the danger that might be ahead. Kimu read this in his eyes and on his face before he ran ahead once more to the others in a wide gate since he is long-limbed.

Kimu looked to Jewel before fallowing. "I must keep up to Lord Tidas to guard his back, I can leave Grandmother with you, if you need to ride or lean on her and she will protect you. Kimu offered. Grandmother was a wild animal but tender and protective of every ally the elves have claimed.

Tidas told Kimu if she needed to lag a bit, it was fine. He would keep moving after the other three running ahead. Kimu reluctantly nodded not liking leaving him, but Kimu was not likely to walk away from a friend in need either. Torn, Tidas made the decision for her then and there. Kimu stayed to look after Jewel, close if needed and moving with Jewel now. Grandmother fallows near too.

I hope the last part is okay with Jewel, but if not then if Jewel tells Kimu to bug off and her cat too, she's not far and keeping Jewel in sight just encase, I guess? shrug. Now for Tidas.))
